Side-by-Side Comparison of House and Senate Lobbying and Ethics Reform

The quick start to lobbying and ethics reforms in both the House and the Senate has slowed.  A number of meaningful reforms have already been passed but much more work remains to be done if the new congressional leadership is to live up to its promises to “drain the swamp” in Washington.   The Campaign Legal Center has created a detailed side-by-side comparing the current lobbying laws and ethics rules with those passed so far in the 110^th Congress.
